1. Place a piece of potato or cucumber on the eye for 10 minutes and take rest being the eyes closed. Tiredness will be removed. If you have dark circles beneath the eyes it will be healed also.
2. Use under- Eye Cream suggested by eye specialist.
3. Do not rub your eyes or put hands in it without any reason. As dirt can causes infection.
4. Mixed with fuller's earth a few drops of lemon juice and apply it under your eyes thoroughly. You will get benefits.
5. It is important to eat vitamin A and D rich food. Carrots, bits, papaya etc. are nutritious vegetables. You have to make the habit of eating vegetables and fruits.
