How to take care of your tips: 5 tips

Every morning after getting up from the bed, gust a bit of cold water in your eyes. Turn the eye jewels clockwise and anticlockwise to do the eye exercise. 5. It is important to eat vitamin A and D rich food. Carrots, bits, papaya etc. are nutritious vegetables. You have to make the habit of eating vegetables and fruits.
